NIKE WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: A SUMMER PITCH PROJECT
We were tasked to establish a brand POV and create a digitally-led campaign for the launch of a new product line for Nike Women's Basketball.
We began with an insight - the insight that women basketball players are boundless in their own ways and we should celebrate them. They're under appreciated in the industry and we need to tap into their passions and interests to connect with them. We came up with a campaign that will spark their curiosity with the new product line and build community with other female basketball players.
I was the Leader and Project Manager of the group, where I led brainstorms, meetings, sent out deliverables to each member, and led check-ins with our supervisor. I did my best to create a great working environment and have everyone enjoy the work they were doing. I compiled all the copy from different members of the group and edited the first section of the video submission. I also pitched part of the strategy section of the deck.
We won the pitch against 14 other intern groups nationwide.
